Fostering leadership

One of our key goals is to develop leadership skills.

During 2021 we partnered with the Angus Knight Institute to develop a tailored program to be deployed across all businesses to develop leadership capability, build careers and continue to invest in our team’s growth.

Building capability

We use the Ability MapTM tool to assess the capability of our team and support our recruitment activity. The tool helps us make hiring decisions based on the capabilities of the candidates, allowing Jobfind to hire the best talent in the market. Ability MapTM will also be used to build capability profiles across the group and contribute to the development of career pathways for our team.  

We also use a new applicant tracking system called Bullhorn to streamline our talent acquisition processes, enable the creation of talent pools and enhance the recruitment experience for our candidates.
